Stunning pieces produced by students at Leeds College of Art and Design underline its growing reputation
The outfits, created by five final-year BA (Hons) fashion students, provide a taste of what's to come at the College's Fashion Show on May 29.

The five collections were six months in the making.

The fashion course was only started eight years ago, but has become one of the most popular in the country, with over 900 applicants for 50 places.

And student Sorenna Rosatampour believes the college's location at the heart of Yorkshire is a key factor .

He said: "All of us came here because we wanted to come to Leeds. It's a very practical course.

"Leed's is up-and-coming with fashion, it's supposedly the trendiest city in the north and it's still growing."

Tickets for the Fashion Show are £7 each. For more details visit: www.leeds-art.ac.uk.
