TOUTS are trying to cash in on Leeds's free music concerts by flogging tickets on eBay.
One seller is demanding up to £100 for eight tickets for Party in the Park on Sunday, July 27, with others asking £30 for three, while one cheeky trader is asking for £50 for four tickets to Opera in the Park the day before.
All 70,000 tickets for the pop party at Temple Newsam have been snapped up. Acts in the line-up include McFly, Scouting For Girls, Alphabeat and Basshunter

But although there are no free tickets left for the concert, eBay users are refusing to bow to the touts' sky-high demands – and have even posted fake bids on the auction site to deter the touts.
One would-be trader said: "I have had to withdraw this bid and place it back on eBay after recieving (sic) bogus biddings from three members – they are also doing so on every simular (sic) ticket sale."
But it's not all bad news – one seller who can't make the event is selling her four tickets for charity on eBay, with all proceeds going to St Gemma's Hospice in Moortown.
Leeds City Council's executive member for leisure, Coun John Procter, said: "It's fantastic to see the tickets for Party in the Park go so quickly. We are, however, disappointed to hear that some of these tickets are changing hands for money.
"That goes against the whole spirit of the event, so we would encourage people not to buy or sell them."
YEP readers can win two backstage passes with our Golden Ticket competition every day this week.
To be in with a chance of winning, tune in to the Simon Logan breakfast show on Radio Aire from 8am each day, listen out for the Party Password; and then fill in the coupon in the YEP which today is on page 21.
Opera in the Park tickets are still available from the City Centre Box Office at The Carriageworks.
