The electro night gets a new home and a coveted Saturday night slot
PURRFECT Electro are gearing up for their relaunch at Space later this month as well as the mother of all farewell parties at their former home, Mission.

From a base at the Heaton's Court venue thy've built up a loyal following and brought some big names in too - now they plan to do the same as they switch from Friday nights to Saturdays.

"After almost five years at Mission we felt the time was right to move onto pastures new." said boss Eugene Osakwe. " Plus, the opportunity of putting on a Saturday night party rather than a Friday, was just too good to turn down"

Next Friday's goodbye shindig sees them join forces with Black Out to bring The Aston Shuffle and Stupid Fresh (among others) as they bid adieu and say hello with an almighty opening night at Space on September 27. From thereon in they'll be residents on the last Saturday of every month.

The launch event sees room one play host to none other than Daley Padley live, Escobar & Vito, Twisted Development, Bombermen (Eddi Zanetti & Alcatraz Harry) as well as Jimmy Wade. Meanwhile John Marshall, Paul Rough and Marcus will be over in room two.

Purrfect Electro relaunch party, The Space, Hirst's Yard, Leeds, 10.30pm - 6am. Tickets: £8 ADV/MOTD Buy in advance from www.skiddle.com Half price entry to Purrfect Card holders
